This field trip will provide our class with many connections to the Social Studies and Lead 21 curriculum taught this year. What a great way to connect our learning. We are excited to go! Please turn in your field trip form and $7.00 as soon as possible.
Each May museum volunteers offer hands-on activities for elementary schools in the surrounding area. Activities take place near or inside the museum's restored buildings. These activities provide young people an opportunity to experience life as it was in the mid-1900's.
Activities and educational lessons include: Indian Hand Games, Setting up a Crow Teepee; Making Ice Cream; Churning Butter; Experiencing Class in a One Room School; Old Fashioned Games, Rope Making and much much more.
